Step 2: Calculate cubic volume in cubic feet: 20 × 6 × 0.25 = 30 cubic feet.
Step 3: Convert to cubic yards: 30 / 27 = 1.11 cubic yards.
Step 4: Apply 10% settlement buffer: 1.11 × 1.10 = 1.22 cubic yards (33 cubic feet).
Step 5: Calculate bags (standard retail bags are 2 cu ft): 33 / 2 = 16.5 bags.
